I am passionate about helping Leaders to incorporate the risk management lense into their key daily operational processes and decision making, balanced with innovation and the resources available. As a risk management professional, I identify, assess, and prioritize risk to protect our staff, students and the community. During my 27 year career at WCPSS, I have had the opportunity to work both in the school setting and at central services.
