WCPSS 2024 Summer Leadership Conference

This session will explore ways that school leaders build collective efficacy in a complex, constantly changing environment. Together, participants will explore the many layers that create a powerful shared belief that positively transforms student outcomes. Components include collaborative school culture, clear mission/vision, goal setting & data analysis, building teacher commitment & skill, shared decision making, and celebrating successes. Participants will have the opportunity to share their personal leadership collective efficacy building tools and will hear ideas from other school leaders. (No devices needed)
