WCPSS 2024 Summer Leadership Conference

This presentation extends an invitation to join the presenter in an exploration of the historically delicate dynamics between Black and White women. By delving into this complex relationship, attendees from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds can gain insights into fostering genuine workplace connections to address gender and racial equity at work. Participants will learn to use vulnerability, trust, empathy and risk-taking to build a shared sisterhood.
