WCPSS 2024 Summer Leadership Conference

Join us to learn and/or build upon your iCIMS knowledge as we to take you wonder by wonder, over, sideways and under on a magic carpet ride. On our journey we will dive deeper into the applicant tracking system focusing on job postings, strategies in reviewing candidates, utilizing the search function, overcoming common missteps, and submitting a recommendation for hire. We will also be taking a deeper dive into the reports on your dashboard to assist you in reviewing in progress candidates from start to finish from submission of a form to completion of orientation. A whole new world of possibilities will be explored with Talent Cloud AI (a function within iCIMS) related to matching skills from a candidate's resume to points on job descriptions.
