In this session participants will explore ways to shift school-wide practices to ensure that small group literacy instruction aligns with the tenets of the Science of Reading and incorporates teachers' new learning through LETRS. Participates will engage in dialogue with one another about our collective successes and struggles with implementing instructional shifts and will hear about the systems, processes, and structures in place at one school that have aided our teachers in implementing new instructional best practices.
